I just love the Word of God (don’t you?)! It seems as if there is fresh understanding and personal revelation every time I read it, or listen to it being preached or taught.

My friends, I just had a “light bulb” moment. You see, I cannot count the times I have read or heard this scripture proclaimed; yet, right now, it is as if the lights came on!

The Lord proclaimed through the Prophet Isaiah, recorded in Isaiah 43:19a “Behold, I will do a new thing…”

Watch this…when we go before the Lord in prayer, we generally go with preconceived solutions to our problems and issues. In other words, we have the proclivity of telling God what we need Him to do, and we already envision what our lives are going to look like once He does what we ask.

Listen to what we say to each other as we are praying for a financial breakthrough: “I’m believing God for a new Mercedes.” or “I’m believing God for a new house.” or “I declare and decree that all of my debt will be cancelled and my bills will be paid!”

Instead, we must remember that God is the Creator of all things, and He will create a solution for our situation if He has to.

Therefore, my friends, instead of telling God how to fix our problems, I strongly suggest that we mind our business and
