Mark 11:22-24

Has anyone noticed how quickly the spirit of doubt can appear when things are not going well?

When we are healthy, our children are doing well, and our finances are in order, doubt is nowhere to be found.

But let the doctor give us a questionable report.

Let the police call and tell us one of our children have been arrested.

Get laid off, and watch how quickly doubt moves in, unpacks, and plops himself on the living room couch.

However, my friends, Jesus said to His disciples, recorded in Mark 11:22-24, “Whoever says to this mountain be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says…”

People of God, it is the adversary who sends the spirit of doubt into our lives to discourage us from believing that God can move the mountains (obstacles) in our lives. The adversary will show us all the negatives, which in turn causes the spirit of doubt to rise up and say, “I told you it ain’t going to work!”

The devil is a liar!!! (John 8:44)

So do yourself a huge favor.

Tell your uninvited guest (doubt) to pack his stuff—all of it, because he is blocking the path to your miracle.

Escort him out the door!

Do not doubt! God can do it!
